Blake Mobley

Director

Blake W. Mobley is an Advisor to The Pike Foundation. He serves as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Special Projects at WasteFuel Global, a company that aims to revolutionize mobility by transforming waste into low-carbon, renewable fuels.

Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Officer at Biosplice Therapeutics, a biotech company developing first-in-class, oncology therapeutics. Dr. Mobley served as a counterintelligence officer at the CIA supporting clandestine operations and senior US policymakers, including two Presidents and their cabinets, with tours in the Middle East and Langley, VA. 

He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Georgetown, M.P.P. in Public Policy from Harvard, and B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University. He is the author of Terrorism and Counterintelligence (Columbia University Press, 2012), Evading Secret Police: Counterintelligence Vulnerabilities in Authoritarian States(International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, 2021) as well as other books and articles on political instability.
