Melissa Blechman

Advisor

Melissa Blechman is an Advisor to The Pike Foundation. She leads special initiatives at PwC for CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ and previously worked on regulatory and public policy issues for Deloitte LLP. While at Deloitte, Melissa also represented the firm on the Steering Committee of the 30% Club, a coalition of CEOs working to increase the number of women on S&P 100 boards.

She is co-founder and vice president of the Blechman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that provides seed funding for Parkinson’s disease research. Melissa is also a member of CHIEF and other women’s leadership organizations.

She received her BA in Political Science from Emory University, which named her one of their “40 Under Forty,” and her Master’s in Public Administration in International Policy and Development from NYU.
